With 29 years of experience as project manager, for me quality and results are of very high importance. I have a lot of experience with various project management methodologies, such a Prince2 and IPMA. The project scope with the management aspects such as time, money, organization, and communication are of very high importance for a successful project, however by listening to employees and the customer, reality will not be forgotten. My method of working can be characterized as a structured project approach, focus on the customer, leadership and strong analytical skills. I certainly am proactive, motivated, socially, flexible and reliable; a deal is a deal. Because of my long work experience and also wide orientation I preform on bachelor level regarding work- and thinking.

My function consists of supervising multidisciplinary R & D projects during design, prototyping and transfer to production. It concerns development and production of custom made, industrial, mass production, high precision, inkjet printers (brand name PiXDRO). I supervise the project team, consisting of; system architect, (chemical) process development, electrical, mechanical / pneumatic and software development.

Company: The Meyer Burger Technology and Product Center in the Netherlands, is a leading global provider of innovative inkjet and thin film equipment for high tech electronic applications. Meyer Burger serves many different industries and applications such as OLEDs, solar cells, batteries, printed electronics and semiconductors.

My function is to guide, as (sub)contractor, (multidisciplinary)projects during preparation (developing specifications and program requirements), execution and acceptance by the customer. I hereby supervise the project team; engineers, work preparation and (sub)contractors.

Company: Control engineering and installation company v/d Meerakker is an electro technical specialist with a fully equipped project- and service / maintenance organization. VdM designs and manufactures electrical control panels which are delivered and installed global, and VdM install’s electrical and data installations (turnkey) projects in utility and industry.

My function: As account/project manager I advise and coache customers in their choice for a specific system. Subsequent, multidisciplinary projects I accompany, during preparation, execution, delivery and acceptance.
Responsibilities: I am responsible for budget, planning and quality and supervise the project team and (sub)contractors/ suppliers such as data- and telecom providers and electrical installation companies.
Company: Mextal focuses on the development of hard and software, manufacturing and installation of integrated communication and observation systems for care and protection (based on IP and telephony), under the brand name Viedome. Customers are municipalities and healthcare institutions, hospitals, home care, care for people with mental and/or physical disabilities, and the elderly.

My function (as prime contractor) is to supervise multidisciplinary projects, as well during the commercial process (translate specifications and program requirements) as during the realization phase.
Responsibilities: I am responsible for budget, planning and quality and supervise the project team, (sub)contractors/ suppliers such as electrical installation companies.
Company: Tyco Integrated Fire & Security, located in Waalre, is the Competence Centre which is specialized in design (systems engineering), delivery and installation of integrated systems for surveillance, access control, communications, security, evacuation and nurse call systems. The systems communicate using IP and telephony. Customers come from industry, Defence, Justice, Care Institutions and Public Works.

Function: Project manager Period: 1999 / 2007 company: Getronics PinkRocade
My function is to supervise large-scale ICT removals (data and telephony), setting up computer centers, implementing ICT maintenance contracts, international remote roll out of Windows software and installing data networks. I was detached as project manager telephony at UWV during major rehousing projects and also general- and ICT project manager for the South of the Netherlands for resettlement projects at Getronics itself.

Company: Getronics is an ICT service provider that facilitates the business processes of its customers with intelligent and business-oriented ICT applications. Customers are industry, national and local government agencies and ministries.

My function: Supervising projects, both commercial (come to price agreements with insurers and experts), as executive: planning and management of the own staff or hired teams of men and employees (specialist cleaners) and (sub) contractors.
Responsibilities: I am responsible for budget, planning and quality and I supervise the project team, (sub)contractors/ suppliers.
Company: IDG Presto is specialized in cleaning buildings, furniture and electronic equipment, after fire, water, asbestos or dust damage. IDG also carries out construction and reconstruction work on buildings after fire and water damage. Customers come from the private and the total business sector.

My function: Running special projects in which advertising expressions are passed on through audio-visual applications. Also examine the latest electronic and mechanical developments and integrate them in advertisements.
Responsibilities: I am responsible for budget, planning and quality and I supervise the staff and (sub)contractors/ suppliers.
Company: Gooren Lichtreclame designs, produces and installs advertisements for businesses, shops, restaurants and bars.

Function: International project manager Period: 1987 / 1991 company: Philips Vidiwall
My function: Guiding projects from order till (in consultation with the customer) installation, training and acceptance on-site. Additional site-specific customer requirements (more work) were taken by me and fed back to the account manager. Site surveys were also conducted by me.
Responsibilities: I am responsible for budget, planning and quality. I supervise the logistics department, suppliers and (local) staff on-site.
Company: Vidiwall business unit develops, produces and markets very large professional indoor and outdoor video screens to TV studios, companies, retailers and governments, worldwide.

Function: Designer PCB’s Period: 1982 / 1986 company: Philips Overseas TV-lab
My function: By means of a, by the designer supplied, electrical schematic diagram I construct the PCB, complete documented with drawings and parts lists for the production. For the physical fit in the television cabinet, I maintained contacts with the mechanical development department. In the beginning design of PCB’s was done on a drawing board, later I did this by means of a CAD system.
