My experience spans throughout the entire System life cycle; having undertaken roles such as Programmer, Application Support Consultant, Functional Analyst and Configuration Manager. I am a certified Process Manager with strong organisational, diagnostic and interpersonal skills, working well independently and within a team, adept at handling people at all levels. At ABN-AMRO bank in Amstelveen I was an Application Support consultant for the Stock Trading system. Mainly Mainframe Z/OS. Second line support, BAU (Business As Usual) duties, executing all necessary actions to keep system running – monitoring incident queues and team mail box, phone duty, setting priorities together with other teams and following up on incidents. Responsible for checking of completeness and correctness of bug fixes and new implementation, giving a GO/NO GO for Implementation, securing operational aspects and following bank guidelines (SLA) and ITIL.

System Developer
Worked as an Analyst Programmer in financial systems (Account Payable, Accounts receivable and General Ledger). Was responsible for maintenance and incidents. Liaised with 3rd parties and providers to find suitable solutions for our user’s problems with JAVA, UNIX and WUI interfaces. Initiated weekly meeting to discuss major system problems. Improved incidents processes and documentation. Extensive use of SQL, JCL updates, Changeman and COBOL.

Consultant Programmer and Functional Analyst
Worked as a System controller (Librarian) for an internal financial system. Created controlled environments for programs and releases using SCLM and ABR. Migration of DB2 databases. Control of all team-members access to files via RACF.
At CCSS group, worked on the Euro conversion feature. Designed solutions and conducted reviews for CMM audits. Following analysis, carried out testing, produced formal documentation and final reports.
At ECMVS group, worked on the maintenance ABR (Automatic Build and Release) system in PLI and IMS, was responsible for ABR Y2K testing.

Ericsson (via AQPro B.V.) 2000 - 2002
Software Configuration Manager
Carried out audit with view to implement Software Configuration Management (SCM) at Ericsson. I got involved with around 50 users, clearcase tool and internal processes in the fabric of mobiles in Aachen. My final report was much appreciated. Participated in the development of Intranet education on SCM, according to Ericsson guidelines, in Stockholm. Developed procedures on how to conduct SCM audits and created templates for internal reports. Developed a training course about SCM.

Senior Consultant / System Analyst
Responsible for changes and maintenance of credit card and ATM systems, including the incorporation of MasterCard and VISA into UNIBANCO's systems, which had important security aspects. Liaised with external companies. Created and implemented Test Scenarios. Environment: COBOL, DB2, Easytrieve.
BRADESCO Bank 1995 - 1997
Senior Consultant / System Analyst
In this position I gained an in-depth understanding of the banking systems, in order to produce documentation of their system. Wrote systems manuals on Banco Bradesco's documentation system; provided technical training and support to the programmers and analysts. Developed a CBT (Computer Based Training) test for potential new recruits.

Consultant (Analyst / Programmer)
Maintained insurance systems, fixing software faults reported by end users and making improvements to the system. This required liaison with end users to propose solutions, define programming specifications and test scenarios. Environment: ADABAS Natural II
